Thanks! With pans, I always give it an extra 5 minutes for larger amounts of batter and then do a toothpick check. If it's still wet batter on the pick, stick it in another 5 minutes, and so on.

This looks lovely. I could never figure out how to modify baking times for bundt pans. I will definitely have to try this because seriously, bundt cakes are so pretty and pumpkin (or squash) is so delicious!
